This is going to be tough. Career was the “white elephant” in the room whenever he was around his family. He was easily hurt by the subject of his career, and everyone tiptoed around the subject. When she left, he ached for weeks until an inspiration came to him. He said he would never let anyone make further negative remarks regarding his career. The ache turned into anger. And to manage anger, he started to work out at a gym.
